REFUND POLICY
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Happy Days Club as "Happy Days" will refund and/or exchange your box if you are dissatisfied (i.e. box faulty, expired food). Please email beforehand hello@happydaysclub.ph with photos of the products should you wish to return the box. You must ship the box back with all items unopened. Return shipping should initially be covered by you; however, can be reimbursed if you received a product otherwise stated in your order (i.e. received a trial box instead of a regular box) or a faulty product.

We will inform you of receiving address once the return is approved. We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Happy Days Club as "Happy Days"  is only able to issue a refund when a box is faulty (i.e. expired products) AND if we cannot provide a replacement box. If you wish to raise a refund request, please notify us in writing at hello@rhappydaysclub.com. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your box in order to be eligible for a refund.

Photographs of the box may be requested. We review each request on an individual basis, and may ask you to return the box to us after photos have been received. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning the box to us as we are unable to issue refunds if we do not receive the goods.

Please note that there is often processing time before a refund is posted. Please make sure that you check your bank account or your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@happydaysclub.com.

CANCELLATION

When you decide to cancel your subscription, your current subscription plan will still be in effect but you will not be billed for the next period.

Subscription cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your subscription renewal date. Please note you can only cancel the following charge (e.g. If you're currently in a monthly subscription, we can only cancel the next monthly charges but not the current one.) If you complete the cancellation outside the 7-day grace period, the cancellation will go into effect immediately BUT you will still be billed for and receive the following months box / remaining boxes from your subscription. 

There are no cancellation fees.

Unfortunately, we do not offer partial/prorated refunds. 

To cancel your subscription, please send us an email hello@happydaysclub.com. Once cancellation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
