What is Happy Days Club?
Happy Days Club is the first PMS subscription box in the Philippines. Every month we'll hand pick chocolates, snacks, teas, sanitary products, comforting items from all sorts of suppliers, international or local, big or small, and send them in your box to help you cope with PMS.
How does a box subscription work?
It's easy! When you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged at the time that the checkout process is completed. Our boxes will be shipped every 10th & 20th of the month (*You can request a custom delivery date). We want to make sure Happy Days Box arrives before your period does, so you will never be caught without ammo ever again.  Hooray! You can cancel your subscription any time. Get started here.
What’s in my box?
Each month, we will send you a special treat package that includes a craveable treats, a gourmet treat,  tea bags, and packets of medicine (cramp tabs or ibuprofen), sanitary products, comforting items. Sometimes we might include a little sumthin' sumthin' at no extra cost, just 'cos we think you deserve it.
Can I try just one box?
Yes, that's why we setup a trial one-time purchase box at P397 (plus shipping). The trial box would have up to 5-6 items. This box option is not available for monthly subscription. If you’d like to get a monthly subscription, you can purchase our regular or premium boxes, which would have more items.
Can I choose what is in my box?
Unfortunately, no. Happy Days box is designed to be a convenient and fun way to help you get through your red days each month.If you have any special requests to include in your box, feel free to get in touch with us and we'll try our best.
How do I update my address?
All address change requests must be made before the 10th of the month, or the following month’s box will be shipped to the existing address. Contact us immedietly if you need to update your shipping address email our customer service team,
Can I return my box?
Due to the ‘intimate’ nature of this purchase, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on Happy Days Club, except for specific reasons such as expired food, broke items. If you have an issue with your Happy Days  Box or any product within it, please contact us at
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we are ONLY accepting bank deposit (BPO), money transfer (LBC, Cebuana, Palawan Express) and credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) for any plan. 
How do I cancel a package?
Oh dang! We'd be sad to see you go so soon. You can send us a message at and request for cancellation.
When you cancel your subscription, this only prevents it from renewing in upcoming months. You will still receive any packages that you were charged for that have not been shipped yet. If you decide you want to receive packages again from us, simply go to our website and subscribe.
When will I be billed?
Our billing policy varies according to your subscription type and order date.  For 3-, 6-, and annual subscription, you will be billed every 90, 180, and 360 days.
What if I want to upgrade my plan?
We cannot upgrade in the middle of your subscription cycle. We can only upgrade the box type before the initial shipment of your subscription plan. Inform us 10 days prior to shipping your next box.
What courier do you use?
We will be using a 3rd-party courier(Xend) for all shipments in the Philippines. Metro Manila subscribers will be notified via SMS on top of the email notification that will be sent to all subscribers every time we fulfill an order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.
Do you ship anywhere in the Philippines?
Yes – we do :) Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders, we cannot do meet-ups (just in case you’re wondering).
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for premium & regular boxes. For starter boxes: Provincial P100 and Metro Manila P70 
Do you ship internationally
We wish we could, but unfortunately not at the moment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once shipped, this typically takes 2-3 days to reach you. Please be advised on rare occasions delays do happen.
My chocolate arrived melted. What can I do?
Oh no! We try our hardest to make sure the chocolate gets to you in one piece and unmelted, but unfortuantely we cannot control the post or the weather.
If we know of particularly hot weather, we will delay shipping where possible.
